AtomicCTF is in alpha and not actively hiring — but we read every message from people who care about cyber training done right, and we keep them in mind as the team grows.
AtomicCTF is in alpha. There are no open requisitions and no formal recruiting pipeline yet — by design. Hiring will be intentional when it happens.
That said, we're always interested in people who are genuinely passionate about cyber training and education. If that sounds like you, we'd like to know who you are. When the time comes to hire, we'd rather reach back out to people we've already talked to than start from a job board.
Practitioners who can take a real attack technique and turn it into a tight, atomic operation a learner can finish in 15 minutes.
Build and maintain the live environments learners get dropped into. Linux, Windows, AD, container orchestration, the whole stack.
People who've taught security in classrooms, bootcamps, or on the job. Curriculum, pedagogy, how learners actually progress.
SOC analysts, threat hunters, IR responders. Everything offensive needs a defensive counterpart — that's where Purple comes from.
No application portal. No coding assessment. No "tell us about a time you…" questions.
Use the form below with whatever you'd want us to know — a résumé, a portfolio, a writeup, a link to a CTF you ran, a tool you built. Whatever shows the work.
We read everything. We reply when we have something real to say.
